You Are Invited!
2017 CSCA Country Fair presented by our CSCA TAP, will take place on Saturday, February 4th from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
The Country Fair features games, inflatables, activities and more. Wristbands, which allow your child unlimited participation the day of the event, are on sale now for only $20! Wristbands are $25 the day of the event.
This year the Country Fair will also include a Chili Cook-Off! This is your chance to show off your best chili recipe. If you would like to participate in the Chili Cook-Off, or for more information about the event, please contact the school office.

And We Need Your Help!
The fair will take place on Saturday February 4 from 10:00am. – 3:00pm. This is a wonderful day of family fun. There will be games, inflatables, a bake sale, and plenty of food to enjoy. Not to mention the opportunity for your child to be Principle for a day, or win a sheet of lunch tickets, or a number of other great offerings.
Proceeds from this event allows TAP to provide our school with educational programs, technology, campus improvements and senior scholarships. We ask for donations to help defray the cost of Country Fair. We need everyone’s cooperation to make this event successful.
The Country Fair Team is hard at work putting the finishing touches on this year’s fair and we could use your help in the following areas:
Calling all Dads! We could use your help at 8 a.m. the morning of the fair to help set up tents and tables. Please join us on the field.
Tents: If you own a canopy tent and can let us borrow it for the day (to be used for the game booths), please email Stanley Ramclam firstname.lastname@example.org Tents can be dropped off in the chapel circle or cafeteria circle February 1-3rd. Please mark your tent with your name and phone number and please make sure the tent stakes are included.
Coolers: If you own a large marine-size cooler and can let us borrow it for the Fair please make sure your name and phone number are on the cooler and drop it off in the chapel circle or cafeteria circle February 1-3rd.
Baked Goods: If you are a designated baker for your class, or even if you are not but would like to contribute, please bring your baked goods wrapped/bagged as individual servings to the TAP meeting on Feb. 3 or dropped off in the cafeteria the morning of the fair by 9:30am. We prefer homemade items to keep the true sense of a good old fashioned bake sale.
Class designated donation and basket items: Please turn in your class basket item to your room parent, and your designated item (plates, soda, tootsie rolls, etc.) in front of Chapel or in the main office by January 31st. Extra donations of 12-24pk of soda are welcome.
VOLUNTEERS: All PK-Middle School parents – please sign up for an hour to work your designated booth. All High School parents – if you or your high school student wish to volunteer an hour or two of your time the day of the event and have not yet signed up, please check in at the volunteer table and let us know.
Play All Day Wristbands
- “Play All Day” wristbands are for sale before and after school for $20. They will be $25 at the Fair. “Play All Day” wristbands allow you access to games, inflatables, petting zoo & pony rides. If you do not wish to purchase the wristband, tickets for the games and activities will be available the day of the fair. Food sold separately.
This year there will be a Chili Cook-Off for those who make the best chili in Broward County! Attached you will find a Chili Cook-Off Entry Form to complete and return to the main office by next
